To put it simply: reclining chairs can be heavy because of their extra mechanisms.
For this reason, they aren't ideal if you plan on moving your furniture often.

Oversized recliners with stronger frames that provide high weight limits will also be heavier.

Carefully think things through. For example:
- How will you get it on the second or third floor?
- Is the elevator big enough?
- Do you even have an elevator?
- And if not, are the stairs wide enough?
