The basic mandatory ingredients is 70 oz of thistle infusion, fill the bath and pour it in, and bathe for 30 minutes.

The basic mandatory ingredients:

  • 1 oz ginger root
  • 1 orange
  • 1 oz of Echinacea tincture
  • 105 oz of water.

In preparation, grind the ginger and orange, dilute the tincture in water, and add it to the full bath.

Bathe for 30 minutes and after dry yourself with a soft towel.

Mixed essential oils for bath (1st option)

The basic mandatory ingredients:

  • 5 drops of pine essential oil
  • 4 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 3 drops of juniper essential oil
  • 3 drops of grapefruit essential oil.

Fill the bath and add the essential oils and enjoy for 30 minutes.

Mixed essential oils for bath (2nd option)

Prepare the following:

  • 5 drops of bergamot essential oil
  • 4 drops of rosemary essential oil
  • 3 drops of orange essential oil
  • 3 drops of mandarin essential oil.

Fill the bath and add the essential oils, stay for around 30 minutes and dry yourself with a soft terry towel.
