Ingredients
- 10.5 oz. frozen berry mix
- 6.8 oz of coconut water
- Stevia (according to taste)
Pour the berry mixture into a blender. Blend until you have a coulis (a thick sauce).
Mix with coconut water until desired consistency is reached. Add the stevia and mix.

Banana Smoothie
You will need 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, a banana, a cup of pitted cherries and a glass of water.
